Below, we take a closer look at each of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Level 1: Pre-departure preparation and cultural orientation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Adaptation doesn't begin upon landing at the destination, but weeks before boarding the plane. Through solid practical and cultural preparation, initial uncertainty is reduced and student confidence is boosted. At MLQ, we offer a 10-hour online Irish culture masterclass, taught entirely in English, to introduce students to the culture and local way of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>his prior training is complemented by preparatory workshops (including one led by an MIT instructor) and guidance on subject selection to ensure seamless credit recognition. All of this groundwork helps set clear expectations, enabling students to start their adventure with greater independence and peace of mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Level 2: Local coordinator in Ireland with 24\/7 availability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once in the host country, students benefit from on-the-ground support throughout their stay. We provide families with a local coordinator in Ireland available 24\/7, ready to handle any emergencies or specific needs as they arise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This coordinator oversees daily school integration, transportation, and living arrangements in boarding schools or host families. Should any adjustment challenges or daily friction arise, the coordinator steps in promptly to offer mediation and personalized support to ensure the student's well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Level 3: Personal manager in Spain and ongoing family communication<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Emotional support is also designed to give parents in Spain complete peace of mind. We guarantee a continuous and transparent communication channel by assigning a dedicated personal manager to each student; from the start of the process through to final credit recognition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Day-to-day communication is managed through a dedicated WhatsApp group made up of the family, the student, and their personal manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, parents receive monthly reports on the student's academic, social, and emotional progress. This oversight is rounded out with a minimum of three key family check-ins: a few weeks into the school year, before or after Christmas, and before or after Easter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Level 4: Professional and confidential psychological support<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For those moments when homesickness or anxiety overwhelm typical coping strategies, the program provides a specialized support network. All our students have access to professional, confidential psychological support, specifically designed to help manage stress and the emotional challenges that come with their stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program includes two complimentary psychological support sessions, which supplement the included private health and civil liability insurance coverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>With this system, we organize the entire experience.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Navigating emotional adaptation in a new environment is a natural part of developing a student's maturity, independence, and self-confidence.
